This policy covers the Last Shutter iPhone app and lastshutter.com.

Your game progress

Last Shutter stores earned credits, unlocked characters, equipped crew, settings, and campaign progress on your device. You do not need to create a game account. This progress is not synchronized to our own cloud service. Removing the app can remove this data.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app payments. We do not receive your payment-card number. RevenueCat helps verify No Ads Forever and the permanent crew-credit booster and restore these purchases. It processes purchase and transaction information, entitlement status, an app-specific anonymous user identifier, and technical information needed to operate its service. We do not supply RevenueCat with your name or email from the game.

Optional video rewards

Google AdMob provides optional rewarded videos. We request non-personalized ads and do not request permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Non-personalized does not mean no data collection. Google may process IP addresses and approximate location derived from them, device or app identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information to deliver ads, measure performance, limit repetition, and prevent fraud.

Where required, a consent form appears before requesting an ad. You can review available choices in Settings → Ad Privacy Choices. You can continue normal gameplay without watching videos. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Support and the website

If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to attach. We use this information to respond, investigate problems, and handle privacy requests. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

This website has no advertising or analytics scripts added by us. Our hosting and email providers may process ordinary connection information, including IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and protect their services.

Use, sharing, and retention

We use information to operate purchases and optional ads, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Service providers process information for those functions. Information may be processed outside your country. We do not sell support messages or your locally saved game progress.

Local progress remains until removed from the device. Support information is retained only as needed to resolve requests, maintain relevant support records, and comply with legal requirements. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat retain information under their applicable policies and service requirements; some transaction records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by Last Shutter by emailing support@lastshutter.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, obtain a copy of your information, or complain to your local data-protection authority. We may need information to verify your request and locate the relevant records. We cannot retrieve local game progress from our servers because we do not hold it there.

Apple purchase records and information held independently by service providers are subject to their own processes. Deleting local progress does not cancel or refund an Apple purchase.

Children

Last Shutter is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to us, contact support so we can investigate and remove it where applicable.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be explained in the app or alongside this policy where appropriate.
